Lab-based Usability Testing

The lab-based testing provides clients with detailed performance data which is collected from real users as they interact with your website. The specialist facilities and tools they employ, record detailed audio and video information during the user's experience, and allow clients to view the tests in real time. You'll have the opportunity to find out what users really think of your site, and how easily they can complete what you perceive to be the simplest tasks.

You will be provided with a comprehensive report which is recommendation-led and highlights the problem areas of the site. All of the recommendations to remedy the site problems will then be undertaken by Armadillo.
